nefunkční NV 6600

Prosim pomoc. Ani ve fedoře 4, ani ve fedoře 5 se mi nedaří nainstalovat ovladač od nvidie. Mám jádro 2.6.16. Přes YUM jsem nainstaloval KMOD-NVIDIA a ten druhej ovladač. Zdá se že vše funguje, ale když se má ukázat přihlašovací obrazovka, vypne se monitor. Jak poznám jakou obnovovací frekveci to nastavilo? Tady je konec z Xorg.0.log.

Pokud tvuj monitor nezvlada frekvence tak jak je dava karta je potreba je omezit a to sice v /etc/X11/xorg.conf

Podstatne jsou parametry HorizSync a VertRefresh, ktere najdes v manualu k monitoru, obcas byvaji na stitku vzadu na monitoru.
