Dobry den, jsem v Linuxu uplny novacek .Mam nainstalovanou Fedoru 8(2.6.26.8-57.fc8),ktera jiz temer nefunguje. Upgrade na Fedoru 12 pomoci Preupgrade probihal v poradku az do instalace Anacondou, kdy nabehla chybova hlaska “root from previous upgrade was not found” , exit. Pote se znovu spustila Fedora 8. Vypada to, ze vse pro upgrade je stazeno, ale nefunkcni. Navic nefunguji prikazy lsmed a lspci; prikaz dmesg vypise>

Za prve - prikazy se pisi bez uvozovek. Za druhe - preupgrade stahne instalacni balicky na disk do /var/lib/yum, dokud ale neprobehne instalace, nic nainstalovano neni. Ve vasem pripade bude problem, ze se jedna o prilis velky skok a F12 ocekava disky identifikovane jinym zpusobem. Osobne jsem delal podobnout aktualizaci, ale udelal jsem nejdriv aktualizaci na F10 pote na F12.
