F12 "pomala"

Zdravím,

po nějaké době, co jsem “lítal” mezi distribucemi jsem se rozhodl zakotvit na Fedoře .
Už nebudu měnit, a přecházet pokud ano, tak k MS, a to bych se musel hambou propadnout :slight_smile:
Moje kroky z hlediska prace by měli směřovat spíše k CentOS, ale jelikož znalosti jsou zatím malé, tak Fedora je myslím ideální .

Někdy jsem zde četl ,že pokud nevyřešíš tento problém není pro tebe Fedora tou správnou volbou (jednalo se tuším o nějaký bug) A tak přemejšlím jestli tato věta nepasuje i na mě, ale nechci přecházet ke klikacím linuxu = ubuntu .

O co se jedná . Nainstaloval jsem si F12 s gnome .Podle fora, a příručky si dodělávám věci na míru .
Ale pozoruju jednu zásadní věc, a nevím si rady .
A tou věcí je “pomalost” fedory .Všimnul jsem si toho u firefoxu .Strašně pomaly našítali stránky .To jsem odstranil podle návodu zde na webu (jednalo se o vypnutí ipv6) .

Ale i tak je procesor celkem vytizenej, a system je nejaky pomaly .Snazil jsem se zvolit hardware vhodny pro linux .

Kdyz spustim sledovani systemu ukazuje to vytizeni procesoru kolem 50% -70 a více ,ale kdyz kouknu na aplikace tak pouze gnome-monitor ma 8-12% jinak nic :frowning:

Cau,

jak kontrolujes to vytizeni pres system monitor aplikaci nebo v terminalu pouzitim prikazu “top”. “top” ti mozna ukaze vice informaci.
Zkus se podivat jestli ti nebezi “kerneloops” s tim jsem mel problem na jednom ze svych laptopu.

I kdyz je jsem nainstaloval F12 jenom dneska rano tak si nejsem jistej jestli se to jeste pouziva.

“kerneloops” nebezi

mozna ,ze to bude chyba grafiky, ale tusim, ze v F11 jsem s tim problem nemel .
kdyz “zakroužím” :slight_smile: s oknem napr .firefox je to roztřepené .

Není co dělat

Jediny rychlostni problem fedory mam s flash pluginem (nektere stranky jsou hodne spatne napsane a flash sezere skoro vsechen vykon).

u mě asi bude problem grafika .je takova roztrepany a zasekava se .U firefoxu je to znat i videt .
kdyz vygeneruju xorg.conf tak se X ani nepusti

Pokud chces naistalovat nvidia ovladace je treba udelat toto:

Povolit si testing repo pro rpm fusion

a postupovat podle tohoto navodu dal.

Bohuzel je toto potreba udelat po kazdem updatu jadra.

Tak jsem to doufam (zadna chyba nevyskocila) udelal spravne, ale stejne beze zmen :frowning: ikdyz pri nacitani se uz nezobrazuje logo fedory jen nacitaci modra cara :slight_smile:

Tohle me na linuxu proste stve porad resit problemy, ktery by meli byt vyreseny.Misto toho,abych na pc pracovat googluju a googluju,abych mohl system pouzivat.

Tohle bych na mrkvosoftu resit nemusel :frowning: ale to neni problem linuxu ,ale spise vyrobcu hardware.
A asi taky problem muj, ze nejsem, tak zdatny, abych problem seberychleji vyresil

“OpenGL renderer string: Software Rasterizer” znamená, že není zapnutá hw akcelerace. Pravděpodobně byla chyba přejít na F12, kde je (dle informací z netu) blbě vyřešený/nevyřešený problém s instalací driverů od NVidie. Vypněte si compiz (okenní efekty na ploše).

Jak jsi nainstaloval Fedoru? Nova instalace nebo upgrade na F11? Ja jsem dneska upgradoval F11 -> F12 a mel jsem problemy s grafikou. Musel jsem odinstalovat nVidia a znovu je nainstalovat. Vsechno vypada OK. Mozna to je trosicku pomalejsi ale to muze byt tim ze jsem upgradoval. Vetsinou delam novou instalaci ale rekl jsem si ze to zkusim asi po 4 verzich zase upgradovat a uvidim co a jak.

“mozna byla chyba prejit na fedoru - ne cerny humor” - psal jsem F12, ne Fedoru obecne. Ja taky Fedoru cpu vsude. Ale narozdil od vas problem nemam.

Pokud jsem pochopil z diskusi na netu, tak v F12 muze byt problematicka vymena defaultniho opensourcoveho ovladace za origos binarni ovladace od NVidie, ktere maji o par radu vyssi vykon. Vase GeForce 8300 je binarnimi ovladaci podporovana. Neni tedy problem s hw. Jen je nutno vykostit nouveau driver a nacpat tam binarni z rpmfusion. Nekde na netu je na to navod.

Navod jsem postnul v jdedom prispevky vyse. Pokud jsem to pochopil spraven tak by mel mit uz binarni ovladace naistalovane. Je to tak?

sice nevim,jak to poznam (jelikoz zadna zmena), ale udelal jsem to podle navodu,ktery jste napsal (odkazal)

Prikaz yum install kmod-nvidia-blabla ti probehne bez chyb? Je balik skutecne nainstalovany? (rpm -qa | grep -i nvidia) Pri startu systemu sledujes informace o tom zda se zavadi ovladac nvidia? (zmackni Esc na te divne care).
Zkontroloval si po startu systemu ze skutecne je zavedeny ovladac nvidia? (lsmod | grep nvidia)
Zkontroloval si ze je tento ovladac pouzivan grafickym systemem? (kouknu do logu /var/log/Xorg.0.log, pouziva se nvidia, noveau nebo dokonc neco jineho?)

Asi to bude tim, ze opravdu nevim, co delam :frowning: ale googlil jsem a zkousel, a nic .
